记得第一次接触Suede是通过他们的“Dog man star”。记忆深刻的是封面躺着一个裸体人，不过说实话，我真的很喜欢这张唱片，浓浓的英式华丽摇滚，气质迷人。虽然很多人觉得这张唱片在旋律上不及“Coming up”，但我却认为在气质上，“Dog man star”绝对是英国摇滚历史上难得的佳作！主唱Brett阴阳怪气的声线和Bernard的吉他简直是天一无逢的合并！可惜的是，Bernard因为和Brett的分歧，在第2张唱片制作快结束的时候就离开了Suede，不得不说是天大的损失。
