路易·阿姆斯特朗（Louis Armstrong）从1901年8月4日出生于纽奥良到1971年心脏衰竭逝世为止的七十年岁月里留下无数的录音，这位爵士巨人，也是摇滚先驱者的作品一再被后人重新出版，于是他的知名度历久不衰。外号“Satchmo”的阿姆斯特朗最被人熟知的歌曲莫过于后期的《What A Wonderful World》，他沙哑的演唱如同他的小喇叭吹奏一般令人怀念。他也被称为爵士之父~~
